If anything, it’ll just start the fighting back up again. PS3 fans are gonna be all over the fact that they can use Steam and talk to PC gamers and 360 fans can’t. Then 360 gamers are gonna say that doesn’t matter when the core experience is the same. Then PS3 gamers are gonna say the new co-op campaign makes that claim invalid, and hey, where was that whole ’core experience’ schtick when you were talking about how ghostbusters was better on the 360.
Not saying it can’t happen, but fanatical favoritism has long been a facet of human nature (see: religion, politics, American Idol).
As much as I hate to say it, I agree with you 100% on this. Sometimes I really hate video games and their related nerd cultures.
It’s not really just video games though, these sorts of flame wars occur for many other brands for many other products as well – all it is is a product of ignorance. In terms of game systems, a fair number of people I know used to be only pro XBox or pro PS3, but once I convinced them to try the other system, they’ve found that they’ve liked the other system just as much.
If we all just dropped the money to have both, we’d never fight again. I think that’s the real message here.
Portal 2 will be amazing.
Dont hate haterI’m not hating at all; I’m picking this up on release. Just saying it’s not gonna do anything to quash the console wars.

The change in video games deal with substance and control as far as what game you could play. For instance, Playstation 3 has the top quality as far as the sound, the music, the game, and the graphics. Each time a player wants to do something different, it is possible to play a game on a console instead of on a gameboy.

You have to make sure that the console is clean and not dirty. Just make sure you don’t put all of your hands on it. Remember to wash your hands before you use the equipment. The Wii is vulnurable and it can easily break. Be careful with it.

Currently playing a lot of DC Universe – loads of fun…if you check it out, join the ZeroHour server. You might see Sabotage Gigante running around, or maybe Luscious Apparatus, or perhaps Pyroclast, or maybe RItalin Kid, or Janissary. I have an alt problem if that wasn’t clear.when i first started wow I had a terrible alt problem. Then i played a rogue and it was too fun to re-roll. The rest of em just ended up mules
I had an alt problem for a while in WoW but when my dk hit 80 and I started raiding, all my other alts just fell to the wayside and I never looked back.
I have 2 causes:
1) I want to play with all the mechanics
2) In games where it matters, I like coming up with back-stories, names and other role playing aspects
”City of Heroes” is still source of my worst Alt-ismtrue, why buy a game if you’re not going to explore every bit of content it offers? Especially at 15$ a month haha

I got it a while back, but if I left the box off for a while it would work fine for a good while. I haven’t even plugged the 360 in for over a year and half though, PS3 changed me
I got a red ring the summer before last and my heart broke. So it was till under warranty and so I send it in. Microsoft says ”It’s going to take 3 weeks.” Send it away on saturday, I get it back on Tuesday. Four days of no Xbox plus? Microsoft hooked me up with a free month of xbl. Super easy if you’re under warranty. If not? The head aches never end.
I personally never dealt with it, but my cousin did 2 or 3 times. The last time he did the towel trick which made it work of course for little while, which was just enough time for him to sell it back to gamestop and buy an elite. I think that is the best solution to the Red Ring of Death.
I heard that the Kinect brings back the Red Ring. Just a heads up.
Don’t towel trick it and then sell it to gamestop -_- It gets us GAs yelled at by angry penny pinchers.
I’ve had one so far. It was inconvenient, but the replacement process was relatively hassle-free and I haven’t ringed since.
I had it on my very first Xbox, but I got it used from gamestop so I was able to exchange it for a working one, but I haven’t had a problem since. Also have a kinect and haven’t had any problems yet. *knock on wood*
ive dealt not with the RROD but the YLOD on the ps3, it sucked so badly =/ had to pay $170 for them to ship me a new 60gb ps3 lol
but there is a way to fix ylod on your own, risky though
I had it happen once, got a replacement 360 in about 6 days, which I’ve been using ever since. Not to piss of Elbowz, but I had a friend who RROD’d a modded 360, removed the chip, did the towel trick and then sold it back to gamestop. He neglected to tell them the console had its’ EEPROM banned from Xbox Live.

i got an EPIC wand but thats not for use or sale :pI don’t even know. Necro gear. Stuff for bones and poison I guess, or summoning if you have it. I do love summoning necros.
